If you’re talking about the LimeSDR mini, there’s a place for the temperature sensor on the board, but the pads have no chip on them by default (for some reason I’m not clear on). That may have changed since I got mine but I definitely don’t have the temperature sensor on it and I recall discussion from other folks saying the same.

Currently I check a precise frequency reference before using the LimeSDR mini.
